Delivery Rates

eco peko delivers Australia wide using Australia Post. We offer a flat rate of $6 for standard post, no matter how many pieces or where you are in Australia. For overnight we will use a courier service and the cost is $15. Please email before ordering to notify us of this.

International Post

eco peko is based in Perth, Western Australia. We will happily ship orders overseas, using Australia Post Air Mail. We offer a flat rate of $7 to anywhere in the wolrd, no matter how many items you order

Ordering and Security

Online

We are using the PayPal payment gateway. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud preventions systems. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt, recording your transaction. You don’t need to hold an account with PayPal; once through the checkout, click the online payment process you prefer, either credit card or through your Pal Pay account.

Email

Email us your order and contact details and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to organize payment (refer contact details below).

Phone Orders

We would love to hear from you, so please feel free to call and order off-line by credit card, money order or electric funds transfer (refer contact details below).

Pricing

All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.

Gift Wrapping and Registry

We also supply an eco gift-wrapping service, and can write your message on an eco peko gift tag. Let us look after your gift registry, please email us for details info@ecopeko.com.

Returns and Exchanges

At eco peko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with one of our products, we will happily refund or exchange the goods. If the refund / exchange is a fault on our part, we will pay for the postage of goods as well

All refunds and exchanges must take place within 2 weeks of the original purchase date. The products must be in a sale able condition (ie. unused, unsoiled with tags attached). Once we have received the goods, we will refund or exchange.

Simply contact us via email or phone and we will accommodate your decision.

Friendly note: please keep proof of postage as lost post will be deemed not returned.

eco peko respects your privacy and will keep all your personal details secure and confidential. Any information you submit will only be used to process your order. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed unless required be law.
